Henrik Norström runs the Lux restaurant “Dag för dag” (Day by Day) in Stockholm, which is known for its focus on locally produced Swedish products. He is constantly working to open new restaurants with new exciting concepts where he finds inspiration from all over the world.
In 2018 he received the Gastronomic Academy Gold Medal in Sweden. The prize is awarded annually to someone who has performed “outstanding efforts for Swedish food culture”.
