Success for ESS Group – 8 hotel destinations win Travelers’ Choice Award

Tripadvisor is the world’s largest platform for guest reviews in hotels and restaurants. Since 2002, every year we have praised the hotels and restaurants that over time stand out with very high ratings when it comes to service, hospitality, food, drinks and experiences. Only 10% of all hotels in the world receive the best price, “Travelers Choice”. A price based entirely on guest reviews. To receive the award requires not only the highest grades but also a large volume of reviews. And now it is official that as many as 8 ESS hotels receive the award!

“Prices based on what our guests think of our guest experience are of course the very best. The fact that as many as 8 of our hotel destinations succeed in this during a year full of great challenges makes me warm inside! Our employees have struggled for this with new conditions all the time. And I can only say that we have both the best employees but also state that we have the best guests “, says Anders Nilsson COO and partner ESS Group.

The following hotels have received the award; Marienlyst in Helsingör, Falkenberg Strandbad, MJ´s in Malmö, Villa Strandvägen and Ystad Saltsjöbad in Ystad, Steam Hotel in Västerås and the Gothenburg hotels Pigalle and Bellora.

So of our 10 hotel destinations, only Fyri Resort in Hemsedal and the new Ellery Beach House in Stockholm do not receive the award, both so newly started that they do not qualify to participate in the competition. We intend to change that next year, ”says Anders.

The award that ESS hotels receive goes to only 10% of all the world’s hotels and restaurants and is awarded to those who have succeeded with “hospitality excellence”, high ratings, reviews and ratings throughout over time.

“These prices come to us in a perfect time! We feel such a positive force right now in the booking entrance for meetings and conferences as well as an exploding booking pressure for the summer.
